Driving a light commercial vehicle involves risk and this risk is increased if the vehicle is not maintained correctly or if the Driver fails to comply with their responsibilities.

As a driver, you are required to have the appropriate licence for the vehicle that you are driving. If you tow a trailer with your vehicle, then you must have the appropriate category on your licence. Drivers must carry their driving licence with them at all times while driving.
